This data includes browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Collection is based on our legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of our website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

The legal basis is Section 26 BDSG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR; if we want to store your documents for a talent pool, we obtain your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). Application data is deleted six months after the end of the procedure, unless legal retention obligations exist.
5. Analytics Tools and Advertising

Data may be transferred to Google servers in the USA; Google has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Other Marketing Tools
We may use Smartlead.ai for email marketing and Facebook Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag for analyzing and optimizing our advertising measures. Such tools are only used if you have consented to them.
6. Plugins and Tools
YouTube
We embed videos from the YouTube platform (Google LLC). However, your IP address is still transmitted to Google. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Calendly
For scheduling appointments, we use Calendly (Calendly LLC, Atlanta, USA). When booking, your name, email address, and appointment preferences are transmitted to Calendly and stored on servers in the USA. Calendly relies on Standard Contractual Clauses. Skalieren.ai and Smartlead.ai
We use Skalieren.ai as a CRM system and Smartlead.ai for marketing and communication purposes. Data is processed in the USA; we have concluded data processing agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses with both providers.
Google Web Fonts (Local Hosting)
For the uniform display of fonts, we use locally stored Google Web Fonts. No connection to Google servers is established.
Other Tools
Depending on the scope of our offer, other services such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Maps, or reCAPTCHA may be used. In these cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
8. Audio and Video Conferences
We use online conference tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet to communicate with customers and applicants.
